In case the item received damage then follow the below,

1. We make sure to pack perfectly but in case if your item got damaged during transit then you may exchange within 2 days from the date you received the package.

2. Items should be unused in the original package. 

3. Return shipping will be paid to you is the amount what you paid for shipping, for example if you paid $3 for shipping then for return shipping $3 will be paid.

4. In case if many items shipped and only one item got damaged then $3 will be paid for return shipping.

5. For the damaged item please contact garvamllc@gmail.com with the necessary photos showing the damaged areas. Once the return is approved then you can start processing for returning the item.
